As an independent broker, Carmine Caifano works directly for you, not the insurance companies. We review multiple top-rated carriers to help you find the best plan for your needs and budget. We do not sell our own insurance products. All policies are provided, managed, and underwritten by independent licensed insurance carriers. Our role is to guide you through your choices, help you compare plans, and assist with enrollment at no cost to you. Any future claims or billing inquiries are handled directly by your insurance carrier, while we remain available to support you throughout your coverage journey.

Licensing and regulatory disclosures

USA Health And Life is licensed and operates primarily in Indiana, proudly serving residents in Jeffersonville and the greater Louisville metro area. Our services are strictly intended for individuals residing in states where we hold active licensing. If you contact us from outside Indiana, we will let you know whether we can assist you or connect you with a licensed agent in your state.
