We do not sell our own insurance products. All policies are provided, managed, and underwritten by independent licensed insurance carriers. Our role is to guide you through your choices, help you compare plans, and assist with enrollment at no cost to you. Any future claims or billing inquiries are handled directly by your insurance carrier, while we remain available to support you throughout your coverage journey.
Quotes, estimates, and policy approval
All quotes, premium amounts, and consultations provided by USA HEALTH & LIFE are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of coverage or binding pricing. Final coverage terms, premium rates, and eligibility are determined solely by the insurance carrier following their respective underwriting and application process.
