Our history
Founded by Carmine Caifano during the COVID-19 pandemic, when many seniors were experiencing fear, uncertainty, and confusion about Medicare and healthcare coverage. Carmine believed they deserved more than a policy or a customer-service number—they deserved someone they could trust to listen, explain their choices, and remain available when they needed help. That belief became the foundation of USA Health And Life and continues to guide how every client is served today.
